I was thinking about getting a 6262 to satisfy some of my more modern cravings. How is the headroom on the clean channel? Can you turn the master up and still have a pristine clean and have the volumes on both channels close? Thanks

From everything I've heard they have a good clean that will break up really nice to get a nice little dirty crunch

I've not tried it myself, but I saw a video where the guy replaced the far right 12ax7 with a 12au7 and it got rid of the dirt...if you want a clear clean.
